Return and exchange method
All articles on the webshop (with the exception of accessories and purchases in the shop) can be returned to us within fourteen days if they are unworn and in their original state and are provided with the original labels. Check immediately after receiving the article if it is undamaged and completely delivered. If this is not the case, we kindly request you to contact us as soon as possible to report this. Of course, the fitting of articles is allowed. We recommend fitting the shoes on soft surfaces (eg carpet) and trying them out. Labels may only be removed if this prevents fitting and evaluation of the article. If you want to return the article, make sure that you do not make the article dirty and in the - as far as reasonably possible - original condition and factory packaging returns to us. This saves you and us, in the case of a complaint, time and effort.
Return method If you wish to return an item (with the exception of accessories and purchases in the shop), you can hand it in at one of our stores or at a Local Post Office. After we received the purchase we will refunded as soon as possible, but no later than fourteen working days.
Online exchange When making a trade-off, clearly note the new article. Differences in purchase the price between the returned and re-ordered item will be refunded or settled.
Exchange in the store When exchanging at one of our stores, it is not possible to get cash back. Differences in purchase price will be refunded or settled in the store.
Return shipping costs The costs for returning your order are for your own account, unless there is a fault on our part.
How can I return an item? Follow the instructions below for return or online exchange.
1) Cut out the return address
2) Fill out the return form and place it together with the article in the packaging (Box or bag please)
3) Stick the return address on the packaging
4) Return your order to a Local Office and keep your shipping receipt. The costs are for you.
6) After receiving your return, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail and the money will be refunded within five working days (depending which payment method you had choosen), unless you have opted for online exchange.

It may happen that you discover a manufacturing error or have received a wrong product after purchase. Taft Shoes advises you to inspect the delivered products immediately and to report any defects that they have been found (within fourteen days). You can exchange a wrong or damaged item in one of our stores or send it back to our return address. We hereby ask you to use our return and exchange method. We do not give guarantee on heels, zippers and belts.
