FREE RETURNS
You can return for free on online orders from € 200.00 (only in the Netherlands). Do you want to return the shoes? Mail to customerservice@taft.nl that you want to return your shoes, mention your order number and we will create a return label for you.
Returns are free in the Taft stores
If your purchase is not entirely satisfactory, you can return it to one of our stores for free. You can also deliver your return item to a PostNL or DHL Parcelshop. These costs are for your own account, unless there is damage or a wrong delivery.
30 days of reflection time
Taft Shoes has a cooling off period of 30 days (note: only applies to accessories and shoes). This way you can adapt, view and evaluate at your convenience. If the purchase is not entirely to your liking, you can return it at your own expense on condition that the item is unworn and in its original condition and is provided with the original labels and labels.
Our aim is, Ordered before 16:00, is tomorrow at home
If you order before 16:00, we can deliver almost all items the next business day (only in the Netherlands), wherever and whenever you want. More than 90% of the items are directly available from stock.
Pay as you want
You pay at Taft Shoes in our secure environment. There are various options for this: you can pay with iDEAL, Credit Card, VISA, MasterCard, PayPal, Mister Cash, VVV gift card or Fashioncheque.
Pay in the store
In our store you have other payment options: PIN, Cash, Credit card, American Express, VISA, MasterCard or Fashioncheque. You can also buy gift vouchers.
You decide where and when we deliver (Only in Holland)
You decide when and where the order is delivered: at home or at another address. It is also possible to pick up the shoes in one of our stores. In some cases this can take longer than if you have it delivered at home. If you would like to pick up the shoes the same day, I would first advise you to call us (+31 (0) 20 659 3444) or mail us at: klantenservice@taft.nl.
Delivery via POSTNL
We do not charge shipping costs for our products in the Netherlands from a purchase price of € 50.00 (otherwise € 7.25). For countries with number 1 we charge no shipping costs from a purchase price of € 150.00 (otherwise € 9.95). For countries with number 2 the costs are € 25.00 per shipment. The costs of any return shipment are at your own expense. PLEASE NOTE: Shipping costs on our SALE products are for your own account.
